Stainless Steel | PEEK | Low Pressure "plastic" | Bulk | Tubing Tools.

Select from various configurations of tubing made from the finest raw materials possible. Tight QC and manufacturing processes produce the most reliable tubing for HPLC, GC, LC, CE, and many other applications.

  • FlexiTube™ is coiled PEEK tubing that has built in pulse dampeners & saves space while keeping the lab uncluttered. Click HERE for ordering information.

  • STAINLESS-STEEL tubing is a commonly used tubing chosen for HPLC due to its high durability with pressure and solvents. Cutting SS tubing requires specialized tools and careful inspection to ensure the cut end is clean of burrs, is perfectly round and is evenly cut. Also, SS tubing can kink causing disruption in flow which results in reduction of system efficiency. To remove these kinks, click HERE to learn about the Beta Tool2™ tubing straightener.

  • PEEK tubing is the type most often used for HPLC due to its flexibility, ability to withstand pressures up to 5,000 psi and compatible with the most commonly used HPLC solvents. It is easy to cut and short lengths sized to fit will keep your system volume low.

  • POLYMER (plastic) tubing: PTFE, PFA, FEP & ETFE tubing is useful for HPLC & low-pressure LC systems, is used both prior to pump and after the detector on HPLC systems such as the mobile phase "inlet" tubing and “to waste” tubing. Low pressure tubing is also used for low pressure LC systems where chemical inertness is desired and PEEK or SS is not useful. All MicroSolv™ low pressure tubing is pure and chemically inert.

It is recommended to only use PEEK or ETFE fittings and ferrules for mobile phase connections that are immersed into the mobile phase solvents. Click HERE for more information on this topic.
