Screw caps are the most popular closure for autosampler vials today. This is due to the great seal you can achieve and the wide variety of septum types and cap colors. It is important to know that screw caps should be matched to a vial with the same thread design including the thread pitch to prevent misalignment of the caps on the vial and subsequent leaking. All screw caps offered by MicroSolv™ are compatible with all vials we sell and are fully supported.
